I have never been late or missed a payment, first time I tried to do internet banking and now TFG is accusing me for not paying my account, when I call them they just tell me it will take 3 days for them to pretty much read my email and send me an email back saying sorry for false accusations. I am disgusted with the system, next time tell me I am late for payment at the beginning of the month, not on a Saturday morning getting your Finance service to call, and when you call back they are closed, The large sum of payment is due on Tuesday??? you are highly useless and I want an apologie and for your workers to actually work and check your accounts as it is what they are paid for!!!
