They approached me about acredit card, then took almost a month to approve. When I went to collect all the staff were standing having a casual chat around the back of 1 terminal. There was an issue with my address verification, that I tried to explain, but they were too busy discussing me in their language to try and assist. I eventually left telling them I am cancelling the card and lodging a complaint - they didn't even acknowledge me.
The worst part is that I immediately called Woolworths financial services to cancel and explain why I am cancelling! Their response? Okay we'll cancel it. Not "we are sorry about your experience, can we assist you, retain you as a client"... nothing. I am very disgusted and will tell everyone about this. I will never make use of Woolworths again. So much for being a classy retail store.
