Public phone airtime not transferred

I bought public phones from Triotech Technology in 2010 and they sent me details on how to recharge the phones. I deposit the money to CYBINTER BUSINESS CONSULTANTS's ABSA account and fax the deposit slip to the given number. I have been doing that for the past 3 and a half years and getting my airtime. My problem started last week Tuesday, 18 September 2013 when I deposited the money and fax the deposit slip and I did not get the airtime on that day and I phoned their offices the next day but there was no answer and the emails bounce back. I have been trying to phone them the whole of last week until today there is no answer. My business airtime is R0.00 balance and I am loosing customers. Is there anyone that can help me here.
