Product defective and calls and emails ignored

I ordered a solar panel and pump for a pond. At first I was sent a pump which is not suitable for a pond. I managed to get that replaced but the new pump does not work. Emails have been ignored over the past few days. Calls not returned. I have paid in full for a defective product which has not been replaced or refunded despite notifying the supplier.
