I got this company out to install my Koi pond in 2010. I dealt with the owner Doug. Doug started the construction of the pond and after about a week of work he started another job and rushed to get my pond done. He was almost never on site and he just left his inexperienced workers to complete the job. He made such a mess of my pond that he just packed up and ran away from the job. I was left to fix his mess myself and at my own cost (after I already paid him). My ventury air system that I paid for at extra cost never worked, almost all the pipe links leaked (and this clown calls himself a plumer also!?) After several ignored phonecalls and emails to Doug and Rene' I just gave up and got a professional Koi pond builder out to finish and repair his mess. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE!! DO NOT USE TAHITI POOLS AND PONDS!!
