My account was fully settled on the 05 September 2013. All I need is my close file letter so that my debt counsellor can allocate the money to some other accounts. The money that i am paying the accounts with is my money and i have a right to know what is happening as a customer. I WANT MY CLOSE FILE LETTER BEFORE I REPORT YOUR COMPANY.
