On Thursday I received my order #17445, a Toshiba 3TB External Hard Drive. However, when I connected it to my computer it was clear that it contained only around 350Gb of storage space. I phoned your customer call centre, but the message from the operator just kept being repeated whichever option I chose, so I wasn't able to speak to anyone. I then logged my complaint on your website but I still haven't heard from anyone. I have 7 days to return the item, which was delivered by courier, and I don't know how to return it to you. I am concerned that I may not be able to return it in time due to the weekend and the public holiday next week. Could you please advise as soon as possible? Many thanks.
