I would just like to commend Takealot for the excellent service I've received on every one of the numerous occasions that I've made purchases from them. Even returns were made with only the slightest of hiccups. I've ordered so many times and don't expect that you exceed expectations every single time. But you do! Well done! Points of excellence include:
1. Calling before delivery to confirm time and address.
2. Communicating effectively when stock shortages occurred (only ever on imported goods) well before the time and giving me an updated time frame to expect delivery.
3. Bettering expected delivery times on most orders.
4. Providing excellent deals often. I buy so often because the deals are excellent so often! Those daily savealot deals are going to be the end of me!
