I just placed an order on [URL Removed] and just about 2 hours later I was contacted by Lee-Anne to advise me that there will be delay with one of my items as it is being shipped from Cape Town to Johannesburg.
The system did advise me of this, and gave me a date of 2 January 2014, which I was happy about.
However, having someone calling you to tell you this extends the courtesy of great service.
I have placed other orders from [URL Removed] and their service and delivery is always spot on.
I once ordered something on a Wednesday evening, only to receive delivery on the Thursday afternoon.
I commend Takealot for consistent service excellence.
