Bad customer service
I am sooo irritated at how edgars treated me. Yesterday around 3pm a certain lady called me around 3pm regarding my account which she claims I am overdue, I advised the lady I could not speak as I was going for a meeting and asked her nicely to call me back, The lady kept shouted that I know when I get paid so this should not be difficult I should just say when will I come and pay. 2ndly how many months did I skip for you to call my friends, my employer requesting to speak while you did not even call me. 3rdly who will pay for those pathetic phone calls? And lastly which correct information do you have if you can not call me on the cellphone I provided you with and advised you its MINE? I regret ever opening this account, I can't work with such people. Worst part you asked me to come and open it now you harass me like I have killed some one. Stop it!!
