Today I sit with my first frustration with the e-commerce world, thanks to [URL Removed]
As I regularly buy online I know the procedures very well.
What struck me on my order, Order number: 1000137794 was the support I received from their team.
It took them 17 days, 12 after payment was cleared, to inform me that the product I wanted was out of stock.
I understand that it is out of their control but NO one works that slow. I would like to note that no one contacted me during this period and using a template email didn't go so well with me as I feel a client deserves more.
Now I feel quiet concerned that it will take another few weeks just to get my refund back, but that's for another report to tell.
