Camera was handed in for repairs in November 2012 at Kodak Kollonade Shopping Centre and a deposit of R300 was paid.By January they eventually received a quote for R600 for the job and I gave permission for the repairs to be done. After numerous follow ups I eventually found the camera in April where the technician was still waiting for approval. Again after numerous calls Kodak gave instructions for the repair. Camera has been repaired but company does not want to release until they receive their money. Kodak Kollonade now wants another R300 up front. I told them that a deposit was paid and that remainder will be paid on receipt of camera after I have confirmed in store that it is working. The manager said he had to get permission. Numerous calls and two new managers and still no camera after 8 months.
