Bought the first issue of Cake Decorating by De Agostini, wherein they advertise "ORDER ISSUE 2 TODAY AND GET ISSUE 3 Free PLUS Free Biscuit & Sugarcraft Gun Free delivery direct to your door for ONLY R39.90" this option is not available on the form, you have to SUBSCRIBE to qualify, so I checked the website, same thing, so I phoned them. Apparently it's a misprint that they cannot and will not change, nor are they willing to honour the advertisement, as their systems do not allow for delivery of single issues?! Furthermore Floria went on to say that there is fine print on the order form stating 'Terms and conditions apply' which basically lets them off the hook. I've checked, and NO SUCH WORDING exists on their order form whatsoever!!
