12.15pm today I placed an order with Scooters for 3 pizones. 13.00 - no delivery - i call back to be told that the order is on its way, when I asked if the delivery was free as stipulates in the advertisement the lady could not answer me. She then calls her manager who agrees most half heartedly that the order is indeed free. it is now 13.50 - more then 1 and a half hours late and still no lunch!!! I got a call from the delivery guy Simphiwe saying that his vehicle broke down and he is the only driver!! Bad Bad service
