I was browsing the internet in search of a scratch and dent policy and came across Edgars small area repair tech. sent an sms to 42934 its been 2 days no one called back, then called 0860555334 as displayed on the website. The caller on the other end was clueless, like the one previously had no clue what I was talking about!!!
Edgars please educate and train your call centre staff, it is for your benefit. It does not help your business objectives and image when the customer asks for a product advertised on your website and the call centre staff on the other end drops the call and when you call back now frustrated the '' does not have a clue what you are referring to or cannot find it on the company website.
Please get it right, take a leaf out of WW.
