For R166.00 the Edgars Contact Centre phone us Sunday morning after 8h00 again just after 15h00 and again 6h30 this morning and sent us an sms that we are listed as slow payers also this morning surely they are not aware of the Consumer protection act (CPA) that they must only call a person during office hours or make an appointment when they can phone you. Really Edgars I paid my balance this morning I think your staff must go back for training and when they call a customer please ensure that they are not eating and talk clearly that a person can understand them. I will never use my credit available from Edgars again. I just want to tell everybody out there what can happen if you pay short on your account they will constantly phone you night and day even when you on your way to church
