To whom it may concern.
I recently visited your store for a buyback option. i have not been in the country for a couple of months, and to my utter belief i could not believe what i was told. Tony has helped myself and family for probably the last 4 years if not longer.i thought he had the day off, but i was told by a gentleman politely that he left because of a better work opportunity and that he has not accomplish anything working for cash converters.i could not believe this as i thought cc is a big company and actually thought he was the manager, but even worse the guy then said he thinks its because the company don't want to pay the people what they are worth and would be leaving soon himself. Have they really made effort to try and keep him, as he always laughed and said he has high hopes of having a store himself in the near future.regards ms Adams
