On the 26/07/2013 I bought Dominique 3pce couches from the above mentioned store and they promise to deliver my goods the same day which was fine by me because I thought they provide agood and quick service to their customers. I was hospitalised three days after delivery and when I come back I notice that when sitting on these couches they just sink down as if they are not brand new, and I went to the store to report but they did not respond to my complaint urgently, they only send someone to check the afer I have gone to them for the third time, and Istate in writing that they must bring my goods brand new from the warehouse and take the ones that are in my home but till now they have not yet done that and I paid the amount of 27450 in cash. I need help please, its either they bring back my money or bring what is good for me.
