Well done to Sandra! We went to buy an item from Woolworths Food, but were out of stock as this was a special offer. Sandra took down our details and called us as soon as she received stock again. We were able to to go in store again to get the product we requested.
Good to see that there are customer centric individuals out there. And now we know that it is not only the other supermarket stores that give 'rain-checks' when they run out of stock.
