The till was about to close apparently because the cashier had lots of money. However this young gentleman wadstill willing to help because the queues were so long. He had a problem and needed an override. However she would not give him the override because she wanted him to close. As a customer I first asked her nicely to please override him as the queue was long. With attitude and rudeness she refused. Bali masike even said she didn't care if she got reported. I have never been so disappointed by such an attitude from an elderly lady
How does she expect to be respected. Mostly how does a person like that work with customers. Disappointed dearly
