The supervisor at Edgars gave me attitude when she served me. She was called by the gentleman who assisted me to come override transaction, when she approached the counter no 1 she never greeted, no smile its like she was doing me a fovour. She justed came did whatever she was called for and said sign no helo how are u nothing JUST SIGN!!As a supervisior u need to lead by example and not come to work as if you are forced to do so. When I asked her why is not greeting me she told me she has alot on her mind and its not what u say it's how you say it that got my attention. She has attitude.
If its not the queues its the staff members, their need to get their act right.
