I hit a pothole on Friday and so I needed my Alignment checked and corrected. I paid, received the report and drove home, only to find that my alignment was still out, and my steering was off-centre. I checked the report and found they'd used the setting for a different model of car on mine! I went back and was greeted by a skeptical and abrupt Marius who said he'd have it redone. No apologies for the inconvenience. I went outside 45minutes later to find car still hadn't been seen to! When it eventually got checked, the technician used another vehicle's setting on my car.. still not right. He did it a 3rd time and STILL NOT RIGHT! I asked for a refund and was ignored, and then eventually told to wait.. and eventually got the refund processed. Still haven't received my money though! No apologies from any of the staff... no sign of the manager anywhere, and no regard for the customer's time. I spend 3-4hours at TWT this weekend and left R325 poorer with an injured car. Don't Ever use TWT Boksburg! Especially not if you have BMW... incompetence is rife there.
