I bought this Hyundai in March 2012 and within a month the car was pulling to the left. Numerous times they did the wheel alignment. And every time they apparently test drove the car and said that all is fine. When I pick up the car - 1 day later the car starts pulling to the left again. I have also asked them if the car has been in an accident they assured me it hasn't.

Boksburg branch has also done the wheel alignment numerous time, reset and calibrated steering. After the first time at Boksburg Hyundai we also had to return the car as the problem was still not fixed. After taking the car back to them. They did the alignment and found that the alignment was not out however the car still pulled left. He did a request to their online support devision and they came back saying that the back axel is not in spec to what it should be. We had to return the car for a quote to have the axil bent to spec, then they will get approval for this from Hyundai insurance and then they will do the job. This would take 2 weeks. We took the car in on the 6th May, they had the car until the 14th May and all they did was the alignment. It took 6 working days for Hyundai to do the alignment AGAIN.
