Reneging on Agreement for Refunding

I bought a couch from Coricraft, Parkview, Pretoria for my daughter but had concerns about the size (being to big to fit through the flat's front door). The salesperson and I agreed on a 10% surcharge (in Jun 2013) if delivery could not take place - which turn out to be exactly the case. I have been waiting since then for a refund after numerous e-mail reminders. When the money was eventually deposited yesterday, the amount deducted was approximately 25%, clear breach of the verbal agreement I had with the salesperson (Otherwise I would not have gone through with the transaction)
