My wife and I visited Coricraft Menlyn, one of the style couches we were interested in menlyn did not have stock of. We were kindly directed to the Parkview branch. We asked the closing time from the assistant and she noted 7pm. We jumped in the car and arrived at Parkview at 5:45. After looking at the chair we had made our minds up. We were approached by a gentleman (I assume the store manager) and asked if he could assist. I immediately explained our story and noted that we were ready to purchase the chairs. To which he replied that the store closes at 6 (this was now 5:50) and we should return the next day. I may add that the shops doors were never closed at any time. He also noted that all the shops close at 6. I was irate to say the least. Who does THAT? It would have taken all of 5 min to complete the transaction. I am disgusted at the service the branch gave and will NEVER recommend Parkview coricraft to anyone. Rather go to Centurion, like we did! Awesome staff that are helpful and patient, even on a Sunday at 4pm. Parkview you just lost a R9, 000 sale that took 5min to complete. Shamefull
