During the middle of October I purchased a pair of jeans from this store, I then returned the jeans the very next day As I was very unhappy with the product, upon returning the jeans I was told that due to the fact that when I purchaed the jeans I swiped my card instead of paying cash, they would have to transfer the money back into my bank account and not give me a cash refund... I agree however since then I haven't got the money refunded, since I use public transport it has costed me over r150 to go to the store almost every day only to be told that its not done yet, the manager perusha keeps telling me to check my bank account, when the money isn't there, its just ridiculous that a big branded store like this is so slow and poorly managed, perusha even took a copy of my bank statement and the proof of return and I still haven't got my money!
When I told her that I will list the store on hello peter, she said to me, I can go ahead and its not her fault!
I want my money back and I will never purchase at your store ever again!!
Please call me urgently after 4pm and I am unable to answer my phone during working hours!!!
