Waiting over 2 months for OTA pin to be sent

I have called the Edgars OTA contact line numerous times so that I could register my number for OTA airtime purchases. I was told that i would get a call within 48 hours with my pin to access OTA from my cell phone. I have been waiting over 2 months now with still no feedback.
When i called them to find out what's actually happening, they just took down my ID number and cell number and said that they would get back to me. I still haven't received any feedback in this regard.

The call centre agents are very rude and don't seem to know what they are doing. They can't even check on the system whether i've been registered for the service or not.

I am very unhappy with the service received.
