Poor client service

I registered with OTA 3 days ago calling to the contact centre number. I was told that i will get a call back from admin office with 24 hours, got no response. its 3 days later and i called agian this morning with still no response.

I registered 4 times within 3 days and nobody has gotten back to me, i have made more then 8 phone calls just to register on the OTA of edgars but the service i receive is extremely poor.

I have spoken to a supervisor this morning who couldnt even give her name just called herself the supervisor for OTA.

I am highly dissapointed in the service edgars is giving me in this concern
