Selling secondhand/Broken Goods as New

I Just bought a XBox360 250Gb bundle for R1999, which at first I though was a huge bargian until I opened the box. The XBox it self was full of finger prints and the controller was dirty. At this stage I was furious at CNA and to top it all off the promised Crysis 2 token was not in the box. None of the cables was wrapped like it should be. I do not know who to contact regarding this and would like to get a new XBox 360 as what I bought and not n dirty broken second hand one. At least the two games and second controller was sealed.
