With an order placed for delivery on Saturday (7/9/2013) we recieved the wrong item. Instead of a bulk amount of Coco-Cola Plastic 2L bottles we received the same amount of Coco-Cola light. I immediately phoned the call centre and the lady who i spoke to couldnt get hold of any one at the store for an exchange. She said she would email them and they should get back to me either Monday or today.By Tuesday i had no feedback so i emailed the online shopping customer care. Someone at customer care read my email (received an read notification) but didnt bother to get back to me. Could someone please give me feedback as to what is going on? Its has been more than a week now.
