I went with my father in law to food lovers the afternoon of 11/09/13. The price of fish was R180 per kilo. On the morning of 12/09/13 he went back cause he needed more for our dinner over the weekend. The price had gone up to R200 per kilo. Thats R20 per kilo overnight!!! We phoned two other well known fish suppliers. The price ranged between R80-R100 per kilo. You are double the price of the other suppliers. My father in law contacted management telephonic to mention this price change, as well as the price difference. And the manager threw the phone down in his ear!?!? What type of service is this??? He says never go back, i say complain, cause people need to know about this. Also your staff is forever grumpy... a smile makes the world of difference.
