Infuriating lack of knowledge

For the past 2 months I have had the same issue that could not has not resolved at Checkers Eastgate. It seems that staff know nothing about the EeziCoupons App that Checkers has. Please explain to me how you can give customers an app and then not teach your cashiers how it works? Cashiers, when asked, had no clue what the app was, let a lone who to do simple troubeshooting. There was only one person in the shop (A checkers Hyper) that knew about the app. What kind of transfer f knowledge is that?! Because that man was off, I was not able to re-activate the app that had locked itself after I accidentally entered the wrong pin. My incorrect entries did not just block my account. They deactivated it and it seems no-one knows how to help me in the shop where they deal with Eezi Coupons. I have lost out on the coupons because Chekers released an App but did not train their staff. Please understand that this lack of knowledge transfer is as good as not having a coupon app. It's been a waste of time and I wonder if I will receive cash back on the items I was supposed to get cash back on? I am very unimpressed with Checkers Hyper Eastgate.
