After waiting almost a week to get a response on my query regarding the incorrect debit of my credit card I was contacted by a lady by the name of Laurelle if my memory serves me correctly.
She tried to give me numerous different explanations as to why my credit card was debited with a different amount to that of my order. I told her that I do not accept the explanations as they made no sense whatsoever. She then said that she will speak to her manager/supervisor and get him/her to contact me. That was the morning of the 9th of September and I have to my disappointment, still not been contacted by anyone.
