Dear Management,

Thank you very much for your prompt response and thorough investigation into my previous complaint.

I have received great communication and follow up calls with the company and hope that this will be a lesson to other call centre agents within the group and other call centre's within South Africa.

I really do appreciate the time given to my complaint.
