I PHONED YOUR CALL CENTRE TO REQUEST FOR A STATEMENT OF MY ACCOUNT, THEY ACTUALLY PUT ME ON HOLD AND I COULD HEAR PEOPLE TALKING AND LAUGHING FOR MORE THAN 25 MINUTES, WITH NO ASSISTANCE.

I AM HEREBY REQUESTING FOR MY ACCOUNT STATEMENT IMMEDIATELY.

also assist me with installment adjustment, it is very high for me i no longer afford to pay it.
