Plasma TV with black mark in the middle of screen

This is a follow up email regarding the complaint I had with you regarding my TV that Game refused to take to Samsung, because they said that you have no records from 3 months ago as you have moved premises.

I bought appliances using my Credit Card between February and March this year and kept all my receipts in my bag and that bag was and I actually reported and was assisted accordingly when collecting and game delivered some of the other appliances.

I even queried about faulty appliances and I was assured by your staff members that if anything goes wrong I can come to the shop (with the credit card I used and cellphone number everything can be printed) and I will be assisted as I have reported my ordeal of my bag being with all my receipts.

I have followed all the advise I was given regarding my faulty TV for almost a month now and I have gotten no help from your shop, and the last one was when a manager was called and he told me that he cannot help me as he doesn't have records from the old shop as the current one is new.
