I bought a lovely jersey (BIG BANG - Black and White - 14-54474040-2 - S) from Foschini. I only worn it twice, since it was actually too cold for winter. Last week when I wanted to wear it again, I notice a hole in the arm.
I keep all my slips (drive my husband insane!). I looked through all my boxes with slips, but can't find the one for this purchase. I bought in between 24 - 28 June (I'm very sure it was the Wednesday).
When I went to Foschini at Reds Mall, I was told they can't assist me because I only have 3 months to return something. When I pointed out that your policy says 6 months for faulty goods, they said they can't find the transaction. Then I was told the jersey that I bought for R360, is now on sale for R190, so they can only refund me R190.
Up to here I was already beyond angry. Then Felicia walk away and said to the other lady that I'm taking a chance... right in front of me. When I confronted her, she told me she wasn't talking to me. So I told her but she was talking about me and I want an apology. Still waiting for it...
What am I suppose to do with a damage garment???
