ON 15/6/2013 I WENT INTO LIU JOTO PURCHASE ITEMS OF CLOTHING AND SPENT R 12526. ASKED THE ASST FOR DISCOUNT AND SHE SAID SHE HAD TO PHONE PAVLINA - SHE WAS SCARED TO AS SHE SAID HER BOSS WAS UNPLEASANT . RELUCTANTLY SHE PHONED HER ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT I MUST PAY CASH TO GET ANY DISCOUNT. I THEN PAID WITH MY AMEXCO AND LEFT . ON SATURDAY THE 22/6/2013 I WISHED TO WEAR ONE OF THE ITEMS A PINK JERSEY. ON OPENING IT I NOTICED ON THE SHOULDER A HOLE - IT LOOKED MOTH EATEN. I THEN TOOK IT BACK ON THE 22/6/2013 AT ABOUT 11.15AM AND SHOWED THE ASSTS THIS HOLE. THEY THEN AGAIN RELUCTANTLY PHONED THIS PAVLINA WHO RESPONDED THAT SHE WANTED TO SEE THE ITEM. I LEFT AND SHE PHONED ME AT ABOUT LUNCH TIME TO TELL ME SHE REFUSES TO REFUND AND OR EXCHANGE THE ITEM AS I HAD WORN IT WHICH I HAD NOT, SHE SAID SHE WILL PATCH IT FOR ME THE TICKET WAS STILL ATTACHED. SHE ALSO TOLD ME SHE DOES NOT NEED MY CUSTOM!!! THE COST OF THE JERSEY R1764. SO NO REFUND AND NO EXCHANGE. I LEFT THE JERSEY THERE. WOULD YOU WEAR A BRAND NEW JERSEY PATCHED? SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO AFTER SALES SERVICE. SHE CAN KEEP THE JERSEY AS A TROPHY OF THIS.!!!
