I was looking for a P.S 3 gun and being sent from one store to the other. When I stepped into Musica, I had the same expectation of being told to check at another store. Instead, Meagan called the branch in CW, searched the system and gave me all the information I needed. I want to compliment her on the service she provided as it is verry rare that someone will provide the kind of service she gave. I was able to get the Gun and give it as a gift. I hope her Managers know what a great representaive they have and give her a raise or anything that shows their appreciation. If there is a 5 star rating for customer service, I would give her 10!
