I ordered an ice cream maker from Yuppiechef, and was very excited, and appreciated the handwritten note that came with my order. Unfortunately the machine was damaged, and I emailed the team late afternoon requesting assistance in returning the unit. I was very impressed with the reply within 30 min, and the next day the machine was collected via courier, and 3 days later I had my replacement - again with a friendly hand written note. Donnae & team you guys rock! The machine is settling for 24h, and tonight we will make our first batch - wish us luck!
