Pathetic service. well actually no service at all. On the morning of said date went in the East-gate branch looking for Nike-Jordan's was advised they had none on the floor but were expecting delivery later in that day and Tony confirmed on the order form they were going to take delivery of two pairs size 9. Later in the day I received a phone call from Jabu advising they had taken delivery of the stock. Second trip to the store trip spent two hours waiting for the "stock" to be unpacked since Jabu was busy on the cash register after a number of requests to be informed they had quoted incorrect sizes. I consider this rather counter productive and insulting as when I requested to speak to Tony understanding I had to park everything I was doing to be casual referred me to some else who was not even interested in what my frustration as a customer was. So much for treating your customers fairly and putting them in the centre of everything you do.
