I placed an order with Tony for 3 garage doors, I made a deposit of R17781, the doors I ordered were for a client of mine, after the deposit I waited for my delivery, after a week when I phoned, Tony informed me that the doors are out of stock, I urged him to make a plan as my client was getting irretated with the delay, after about a week later Tony informed me that I had to make a final payment of R1330 which after the order will be processed and I will receive my doors 10 - 15 week days later. I informed Tony that I would like a refund as I found another supplier that will deliver today. After numerous emails I had to phone again and was informed due to company policy my money will only reflect on my account on Monday morning.
