Visited the Fig Tree Branch this morning looking for credit card size laminating pouches and they were out of stock. I requested a phone call to their Greenacres Branch to check whether they had stock, only to be told that they are not answering their phone. I walked out, got the number from 1023 and low and behold, they answer the phone within 3 rings? I am told that they have stock, so I take on the 15km trip, only to arrive there to find out that they too don't have stock?? My phone call to them was not even 30 minutes earlier.
There were no customers in the store, 3 staff members with such a don't care attitude. Now I find out that there is another branch in North End, not once at any of the 2 stores did they go to any trouble to try and assist me with my need.
I am sure that taking into account my time, my petrol and the frustration around this incident that staff should be trained on customer service and stock ordering??
