For months Homechoice has been calling me to place an order. Today I decide to call the call centre, to actually buy something. Firstly the lady I spoke to is very rude, has no sense of customer service and is very unhelpful. If this is the way you planning on treating me, forget about future business. Please remove my email address and account. You have just lost a customer.
