Worst service and handeling of customers ever!!!

I went and bought stuff for my house to fix ect, when i pad with my bank card their machine said the transaction did not go true, but i had received an sms from my bank saying that the transaction was approved, thats when the manager shouted at me. i have never ever experienced anything like this, then while the manager was on the phone with the bank she had put the transaction true on my account for the second time!!! i was sooooo upset. and the the manager treated me asif i ouw her money. i will tell erveryone i know to never go to that hardware shop ever again
