Visited Woolworths, Somerset West to query why no Card Statement was received via email AGAIN!
Treatment received to resolve my query was handled professionally by the Assistant & arranged for copies to be emailed to me.
Then a few items was purchased from the Food Section, where the Assistant (Phumelela) politely greeted me & asked me whether the transaction would be paid with the Woolworths card, which was affirmed by myself & waited until the card was retrieved from my wallet.
She proceeded to ask whether a bag was required, which was agreed to & items neatly packed into the bag.
We normally shop at Woolworths CapeGate, but the service experience at Somerset West was profound, to say the least - Well done & keep it up.
