I ordered a bag online via their website for my sisters birthday, bag was late in delivery by 2 weeks. When delivered it was the incorrect item. After phone calls and emails to Roger (who also works for RCD Properties, in Parrow), he promised to give a refund and collect the bag. He has yet to do either... I would go as far as calling him a... I want my? R400 back...
