Worst service at House & Home Checkers Hyper Fauna

Our brand new LG Microwave Convection Oven (stainless steel 1) died in the middle of cooking a meal. Since we only bought it a month ago from House & Home Checkers Hyper - Fauna, I returned if for repairs the next day only to be disappointed for the 2nd time by that shop's bad customer care. I had to wait for 20min's in the blistering sun because a guy just took my receipt without asking my name or how the oven died.. I called the security lady to open up the 1st gate so I could at least wait inside.. she just rolled her eyes &strolled over slowly to open up the 1st gate. After another 5min's I asked her why it's taking so long &she just shrugged.. I asked who took the receipt &she just stared at me.. Finally someone else returned from lunch &I begged for some assistance. After 35min's he returned with the receipt saying the oven was now booked in. I was never asked for my name/ no.. This shouldn't have troubled me because a few months ago I ordered platters from the Checkers Hyper - Fauna deli &they didn't look like the display/ order form.. they even substituted some of the ingredients with fish etc.. When I complained they replied I shouldn't have ordered because they're renovat
