On 7 August 2013 I did some shopping at Makro Wonderboom. One of the floor assistants recommended a certain brand of water filter. I tested the water filter at home and discovered that it did not fit my "jug". I returned the next Monday, hoping to get a refund. The service was fast, friendly and efficient - just hassle free.
