I sent my citizen ecodrive Skyhawk in to have the CRYSTAL QUARTS lens and bevel replaced, it took nearly 6 MONTHS!!! when I got the watch back eventually, it was taken out of the docket, it was scratched!!! I accepted the watch, I was not willing to wait another 6 months for my watch, I was charged for CRYSTAL QUARTS LENS,!!! ITS GLASS!!! to me off even further, I washed my hands and the watch steamed up on the inside, its rated to 10 BAR!!! so it wasn't sealed properly!!! now there is mold on the inside face of my watch!!! im sooooo off < I have contacted legal wise and intend on taking this as far as I humanly can!!! I WANT A RESPONSE!!!
